Staging Consultations
A staging consultation consists of a Stager coming to your home, taking several photos, visualizing the needs that exist, and then preparing a 30-45 page detailed Consultation Report that is then given to the home owner and/or Realtor. The report details all rooms, including the outside, listing the necessary changes that need to be made to list the property as a Staged Home. A consultation is used when the owner/Realtor plans to do most or all of the work themselves. The Stager will then return to the home when the work is complete to fine tune, and point out any missed items.

Staging Bid
A Staging Bid occurs when either the owner/Realtor has had a Consultation and decides they do not want to or are not able to do all or some of the Staging themselves or an owner/Realtor simply requests a bid to have a home professionally staged. A bid consists of the Stager coming to your home, taking several photos, and then presenting the client a Bid that includes all Staging practices to be completed and any additional rental costs for added Staging items. |
Stage to Live

General Design Consultation
A designer comes to your home, or meets you out to shop for niche items, finish off your rooms, pick paint colors, window treatments and more. Sometimes you just need a little extra help putting on the final touches to make a house your home! |
